Operations Management & Process Optimization includes three Operations Directors, six Business Operations Managers, one Chief of Staff, and one Business Representative. This group is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic and operational framework.
Operations Directors provide high-level leadership and direction, while Business Operations Managers focus on maintaining, optimizing, and scaling internal processes. The Chief of Staff ensures alignment across departments and supports executive decision-making, and the Business Development Representative drives external partnerships and business development initiatives.
